Under a RaaS arrangement, MAX AVT works with the customer to identify an appropriate robot, evaluate the operating environment, deploy and configure the equipment, and provide ongoing support according to the service agreement.
The customer pays a recurring fee for the agreed service. Depending on the package, this can include deployment, training, monitoring, preventive maintenance, software updates and other support services.
